Hari ni just nak share one experience pemakain PB from my sideline dlm business...

have you ever experienced being depressed and sad when you can't fit into your jeans anymore? when you gained 1 or 2 kilos ? you starved yourself and refrained from eating the most delicious food, our staple food, NASI? or even Ben and Jerry's (this one is my fav ..hehe....^_^)
and when you gained few pounds, you start to feel heavy, easily tired,moody and etc. your self esteem depreciates and all you ever wanted is for someone to tell you that you are beautiful no matter what. And it kills you when someone notices your body changes and say it out loud "EHH DAH MAKIN GEMUKLAH YOU"...BAMMM!
Yes, you can go on a diet,eat healthily,exercise regularly and many many more.I even encourage myself to do that as well.But as years passes by, when you are already married with kids or without kids, as we aged, our body tend to sag.Do you know that every year our breasts sag up to 0.5%? we can't change the law of gravity (its true what farihah posted on her fb status)..yes, we can't change the law of gravity at all...that is why, orang dulu dulu suka pakai corset, sebab nak menjaga dan membentuk badan supaya badan kita nampak muda.I admit after i gave birth, baru anak seorang i dah rasa badan i macam badan makcik.Memang sedih sangat masa tu.Walaupun i cuba pujuk hati ni not to feel that way, but sometimes you boleh rasa hanya dari pandangan orang sahaja.
